The photographs in the Regeneration series are somewhat monstrous still lifes of plants - trivial and improper transplants and restorations of living and dead flora, suggesting the effort of a child Frankenstein.
The project arose from a childhood memory and is taking over where Resurrection (2013) left off. The aesthetic is influenced by childhood pastel wall posters and the 18th century flora posters made by botanist Carl Linnaeus.
